Note About Charges:
- Above charges are applicable only for Indian companies marketing their business in Indian geography.

Above charges are applicable for Ad spends up to INR One Lac per
month.
For Ad spends above INR One Lac per month, an additional subscription charge of 15% of the ad spends above INR One Lac will be applicable. This additional subscription charge will be over and above the base subscription charges for that variation slab.
- Example: A client is operating and spending INR 80,000 per month per product as Ad spends and INR 24,800 per month per product as subscription charges. If the client wishes to increase Ad spends to INR 1,30,000, the new charges will be INR 29,300 (base charges of INR 24,800 for any one product + INR 4,500 (15% of INR 30,000 i.e. 15% on Ad spends amount over INR 1L))
NOTE ABOUT LANDING PAGES*:

Landing pages once developed for any product/service cannot be
scrapped and replaced with landing pages for other
products/services after some time. Landing pages once developed
will be considered as delivered.
- If a client scraps current Landing pages within 6 months and wishes to start with a new batch of landing pages, an upfront charge of INR 80,000 will be applicable.
- Once the landing pages are shared with the client for approval, only two Change Requests* will be accepted before go-ahead. For any additional change requests, INR 5,000 per landing page will be charged.
* Change request:
- Covers a list of all the changes required by the client like change in images, text, etc. Client can collate all desired changes and can share it with Inaiways team. Two of such lists will be accepted in this proposal.
- Does not include any error that happened from Inaiways during delivery like wrong image selection of products or services, wrong mapping of text with client’s product/service, etc. These changes will be accommodated by Inaiways even if the client has consumed both of their change requests.
- Post starting the Ads, any minor changes in the existing landing page variations agreed in this proposal will be done at an additional cost of INR 5,000 per landing page.

Terms and conditions
- All charges to be paid 100% in advance.
- On all charges, additional GST or any other taxes applicable as per government norms shall be applicable.
- Ad spends, AI-portal subscription charges, AI Server charges or any other monthly recurring payments are to be paid in advance for every month before the 2nd day of the calendar month. In case, the charges are not received by Inaiways, they are permitted to stop the ad campaigns until the payment is received. In such a case, the client will be responsible for the loss of learning that the Google Bot has acquired and for its impact on the project's outcome.
- Payment slabs and service terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at Inaiways discretion. Any changes in terms and conditions will be communicated to the client two months in advance.
- Content (Text, Videos, Photos), Creative content, Authorized contact details, emails, approved SMS, WhatsApp, and email gateway provided by the client should be owned/licensed and shall not violate copyright laws.
- Client must share the marketing collaterals (raw content, images, logo, etc.) and technical accesses (access to change DNS settings, etc.) required for the project within max 5 working days from date of request from the delivery team from Inaiways. In case of any delay in sharing the marketing collateral, technical accesses, or approvals, Inaiways will not be responsible for the same.

Using the Product As it it:
- The product has been extensively tested and validated in its existing form, ensuring reliability and effectiveness.
- Utilizing the product as it is eliminates the risks associated with untested modifications.
- Client agrees to use the product as it is.
- Extra charges are applicable for support to additional campaigns or services/products.
- Inaiways shall NOT be liable for additional services you avail from other Ad Platforms, hosting platforms, other vendors, etc.
- Govt, Local authorities, Ad platform policies supersede any feature in Business Studio product and service.
- Inaiways's AI-Portal is a monthly subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Source code and technology are Intellectual Properties of Inaiways and will not be handed over/shared.
- All the payments made to Inaiways are non refundable. Please check the refund policy on www.inaiways.com.
- The client agrees to allow the Inaiways to use their name and website for the Inaiways's promotions, online portfolio, past clients list, on social media, in print material, etc. for advertising and promoting the services of Inaiways to other clients.
