    • Step 1 : Start Google ads with mutually decided Google ad spends per month.
    • Step 2 : Make course corrections, if any, as per the response from the market.
    • Step 3 : Increase ad spends to achieve desired growth.

    This campaign will be done by using AI-Portal, an artificial intelligence powered solution developed by Inaiways, that helps businesses target only the right & matured prospects when they make a search.
  3. Business objectives to be achieved:
    • Generate highly qualified sales leads for the client on a monthly basis.
    • Make the course corrections as per market response to fine tune AI-portal
  4. Deliverables:
    • Highly Qualified Sales Leads: Contact details + detailed buying intent. (Note: In case of e-commerce model, this will not be applicable)
      1. Contact Details: Name, phone number / email ID (As per choice of the client)
      2. Buying intent details: search term typed in Google to reach client, lead location, device used (mobile or laptop), operating system on the device (android/IOS/Windows, MacOS).

      • Actual lead generation will start after the Google algorithm stabilizes. Generally the Google algorithm & AI takes around 7 to 15 days to stabilize, depending upon the traffic.
      • Quantity of highly qualified sales leads will not be linear in the initial few months and will keep improving as AI-portal becomes fine tuned.

  5. Support from Inaiways:
    • Integration with client's Google Analytics account to help them retain all the data
    • One meeting per month to discuss progress & course corrections
    • Online support via WhatsApp group for ad hoc information. However, the official channel will be email.
    • Support for integration with your existing CRM or other integrations for tracking user journey (in case of higher complexity, additional charges will be applicable)
  6. Inputs needed from client:
    • Add “cname” in client's DNS (Client's website agency can help them with this)
    • High resolution logo
    • High resolution images of product/services (Optional. Can be taken from website)

    • Any other marketing content (testimonials, customer's logos, etc.)
    • Email IDs where leads needs to be delivered
  7. Delivery timelines:
    • S = Start date (Date of receipt of 1 st payment)
    • Within S+3 days:
      1. Meeting with delivery team to discuss detailed requirement & collection of inputs needed from the client
      2. Creation of WhatsApp group
    • Within S+ 8 days: Link of landing pages for client's review
    • Within S + 10 days: Payment from client to kick start ads (as per payment slabs)
    • S + 10 days: Ad starts (S = date of receipt of 1 st payment)
    • First month of Ads: Attract bulk visitors and train Artificial Intelligence algorithm.
    • Second month of Ads: Refine targeting, improve landing page content, and do active course correction.
    • Third month: Attract bulk customers as per the Ad spends
  8. Next Steps:
    • Written approval from client
    • Proforma invoice from Inaiways
    • Payment to Inaiways to kickstart the project
